Atlas – A World Beyond the Everyday

AX Creative partnered with SP Setia to bring Atlas Melbourne to life—one of the most ambitious developments in the city’s CBD. The project extended beyond content creation, focusing on building a cohesive brand identity supported by high-end visualisation, design, and marketing assets. Working alongside COX Architecture and through our sister company Pillr, we developed a unified creative ecosystem that translates architectural vision into a compelling market presence.

The Opportunity

Building a landmark brand through visualisation, strategy, and integrated creative

Atlas Melbourne was envisioned as a defining landmark, but its early brand presence did not yet reflect that level of ambition.

The challenge was to create more than marketing assets—it required building a cohesive, future-focused identity that could stand out in a saturated property market and maintain long-term relevance.

There was also a gap between architectural vision and public perception, requiring a visual language that could clearly communicate the scale, sophistication, and uniqueness of the development.

Strategy

AX Creative approached Atlas Melbourne as a complete brand ecosystem, aligning visualisation, design, and marketing into a unified direction.

The focus was on creating a timeless identity supported by high-quality visuals that would anchor all communications across channels.

Approach included

  • Development of a cohesive brand and visual direction
  • Creation of hyper-realistic 3D renders
  • Integrated campaign assets across print, digital, and video
  • Alignment of architectural vision with market positioning
Execution

The project involved delivering a wide range of creative outputs, including billboards, brochures, video content, and digital assets—all aligned under a single visual language.

Through Pillr, we collaborated closely with COX Architecture and SP Setia to produce hyper-realistic renders that became the foundation of the brand. These visuals translated architectural intent into immersive, market-ready imagery that communicates both scale and lifestyle.

In addition, we captured aerial and ground photography to support the broader campaign, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint—from large-scale outdoor placements to detailed marketing materials.
