Capturing luxury living through architectural and lifestyle photography

Luxury developments require more than documentation—they require visual storytelling that communicates lifestyle, prestige, and experience.

Execution

The photography captured both private residences and shared luxury amenities, ensuring a complete representation of the development.

Floor-to-ceiling windows, open-plan layouts, and premium finishes were carefully framed to emphasise light, space, and materiality. Common areas—including lounges, wellness spaces, and facilities connected to the Shangri-La Hotel—were photographed to reflect the elevated lifestyle offered to residents.

The surrounding views of Carlton Gardens and Melbourne’s skyline were integrated into the visuals, reinforcing the project’s unique location and connection to nature.
