Capturing luxury living through architectural and lifestyle photography
Luxury developments require more than documentation—they require visual storytelling that communicates lifestyle, prestige, and experience.
Strategy
AX Creative approached the project with a focus on composition, lighting, and spatial storytelling.
Each image was designed to capture the scale, detail, and atmosphere of the development—balancing interior precision with the surrounding environment to showcase the full living experience.

Execution
The photography captured both private residences and shared luxury amenities, ensuring a complete representation of the development.
Floor-to-ceiling windows, open-plan layouts, and premium finishes were carefully framed to emphasise light, space, and materiality. Common areas—including lounges, wellness spaces, and facilities connected to the Shangri-La Hotel—were photographed to reflect the elevated lifestyle offered to residents.
The surrounding views of Carlton Gardens and Melbourne’s skyline were integrated into the visuals, reinforcing the project’s unique location and connection to nature.
